Returns and Exchange Policy

We encourage you to consult our size charts carefully before placing your order. As part of our bespoke process, our team may reach out to confirm your measurements prior to production.

Leather Pieces
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:

All original tags, seals, and packaging remain intact

The item must be unworn and in original condition

Excluded from return/exchange: Orders placed at a 30% or greater discount; panties, pasties, stockings, socks, and gloves (due to hygiene considerations); and fully custom orders.

Cancellations:
Leather orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our team promptly to arrange this.

Textile Pieces

Returns and Exchanges:
Accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to:

All original tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact

The item must be unworn and in original condition

Excluded from return/exchange: Orders placed at a 30% or greater discount; panties, stockings, socks, and gloves (due to hygiene considerations); and fully custom orders.

Cancellations:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours receive a 90% refund. Contact our team to initiate a cancellation.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Before shipping anything back, contact our team at care@drharness.com so we can guide you through the process. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or size). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days in accordance with the terms above.
