Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Processing includes quality control, packing, and handing your parcel to the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Processing time is added to the transit times below.
Shipping Options and Rates
All rates are in USD and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Standard shipping is free on every order of 300 USD and up, worldwide. Express delivery is a flat 50 USD to all destinations.

Duties and Taxes
United States. We ship to the US on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. All import duties and taxes are already included in the total you pay at checkout. Nothing extra is collected when your order arrives.
All other countries (including Canada, Mexico, Europe, UK and the rest of the world). Orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid. Your shipping fee covers delivery to your country only. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes such as VAT or GST are set by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are payable on delivery or when releasing the parcel from customs. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price. Duties and taxes are non-refundable, including on returned items.
Delays
On rare occasions delivery can take longer than the estimates above. Most delays happen at customs, which is outside our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Track Your Order
Every order ships with a trackable service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Click the tracking link in that email to follow your parcel to your door.
