How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Before shipping anything back, please contact our team at care@drharness.com so we can guide you through the process. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or size). Original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes already paid are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days in accordance with the terms below.

General Guidelines

We encourage you to consult our size charts carefully before placing your order. As part of our bespoke process, our team may reach out to confirm your measurements prior to production.

Leather Pieces

Returns and Exchanges

Although each leather piece is handcrafted to your order, returns and size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• All original tags, seals, and packaging remain intact
• The item must be unworn and in original condition
• Intimate pieces should only be tried on over your own undergarments

Excluded from return/exchange: Orders placed at a 30% or greater discount; panties, pasties, stockings, socks, and gloves (due to hygiene considerations); and fully custom orders.

Cancellations

Leather orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our team promptly to arrange this.

Textile Pieces

• The item must be unworn and in original condition
• Intimate pieces should only be tried on over your own undergarments

Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours receive a 90% refund. Contact our team to initiate a cancellation.
