Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange of equal value. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. For hygiene and production reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged: panties, pasties, stockings, socks, and gloves; fully custom orders; and orders placed at a 30% or greater discount. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes already paid are non-refundable.
